During his poorly received speech on Wednesday night, former Vice President Joe Biden fumbled his words so badly that he had to apologize mid-sentence.
He was trying to sound like a tough guy while speaking about Russia, but instead he embarrassed our country as they saw a fragile old man trying to complete a simple sentence.
“I made very clear to Putin that we’re not going to seek es-ex-esc……excuse me….escalation,”
said the senile President.
