Attorney Sidney Powell argued that Joe Biden could have to move out of the White House to make way for former President Donald J.Trump.
Powell made the remarks at the “For God & Country Patriot Roundup” conference in Dallas on Saturday.
Powell said that “Trump had all the tools he needed,” to fight to stay in office. “From the day after the election, everyone else around him at the White House was telling him to just pack it up and go home.”
“And Biden is told to move out of the White House,” the lawyer continued. “And President Trump should be moved back in. I’m sure there’s not going to be credit for time lost, unfortunately. Because the Constitution itself sets the date for inauguration. But he should definitely get the remainder of his term and make the best of it. That’s for sure,” Powell insisted.
Powell filed a series of challenges alleging that the actual winner of the 2020 election was Donald Trump — those challenges all lost in court.
Joe Biden was elected the 46th President of the United States. Powell is currently facing significant lawsuits from voting machine companies.
